ProofDriven AI collects as little information as practical. This website does not use advertising, analytics, account registration, or an online contact form.

When you visit this website

The site is hosted on OpenAI Sites infrastructure and delivered and protected through Cloudflare. Those providers may process technical request information—such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver the site, maintain security, and prevent abuse. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary bot-management cookie. ProofDriven AI does not use that information to build advertising profiles.

When you email us

Email sent to contact@proofdrivenai.com is forwarded through the domain email service to the ProofDriven AI mailbox. Your message is processed by your email provider and by the domain-forwarding and mailbox providers used by ProofDriven AI. We keep inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide any requested service, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.

Please describe the task without sending passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account details, private medical records, identity documents, or other information that is not needed for the conversation.

During a guided session

We begin with the minimum information needed and use practice examples when possible. You choose what to share, and we ask before taking notes or retaining a work product. High-consequence medical, legal, financial, and emergency decisions stay with you and the appropriate qualified professional.

Services not currently used

This website does not currently include online scheduling, payment processing, customer accounts, or a customer-record system. We will update this notice before adding a service that materially changes how personal information is handled.

Your choices and questions

You may ask what information we have about an inquiry, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from a conversation at any time. Email contact@proofdrivenai.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or operational reasons.
